Without proper documentation it is not possible to ensure that the agreed system is built and installed according to client requirements. Design drawings and specifications are used throughout the project and updated to “as built’s” on completion. Test plans, procedures, and acceptance documentation are used to track the installed system throughout the delivery phase. Operational and maintenance documentation ensures that the client will be able to utilize the system and maintain the secure environment into the future

Our process ensures all security equipment firmware and IT equipment software are up to date with the latest releases. Included in the process is inspection of labeling of cables and installed equipment components to ensure they correspond to details of as-built drawings and documentation.

AES Security Solutions include a 1-year, comprehensive warranty plan with parts, labor, and next day on-call support, Monday to Friday excluding holidays. We also offer more robust options such as guaranteed onsite response times and 24/7 service depending on client preferences. These same services are available as extended service packages after the expiration of the first year coverage.

AES’s turnkey solutions as a standard are provided with a 1-year, comprehensive warranty plan, including parts, labor, and 24-hour, on-call next-day support Monday to Friday excluding holidays. We also offer as an option 2 to 4 hours of onsite service, 24/7, and extended warranties. After the warranty period AES offers options, including service based on service calls and additional costs for parts and labor. Our support is provided by our highly trained team to quickly remedy any issues or failures.
